A project like this can be very daunting for the homeowner but Phil Martelly and his crew were professional and reliable. Phil kept to the budget and when questions arose he was quick to respond. " In 2003 our roof was showing signs of failure. It hadn’t been very long since it had been
re-roofed by a local contractor, but an acquaintance suggested we call the "Phil Martelly
Construction Corp."
After inspecting our house, Phil immediately determined that the failure of our existing roof was
due to the fact that it was improperly vented. Phil's construction expertise was apparent, but
what impressed us, was the way he took the time to explain the situation, the alternatives and the
solutions to our problem. Phil was more concerned with us having the roof done properly, even
if we chose to go with another contractor. We chose Phil and his company. We are so glad that
we did.
Having been so impressed by his knowledge, his hard work and his communication with us
through the process, it wasn’t long afterwards, that we had the Martelly Construction Corp begin
an extensive remodel of our house. Phil's team replaced all of our old wooden windows with
new energy efficient windows, and sided our house with cedar impressions vinyl siding. Phil's
mantra was always "Vinyl is Final". So far so good Phil, it looks as good today as the day your
crew finished installing it.
Soon we will embark on a kitchen remodel project and I can only think of one contractor for that
